    Close the inbound

    Calls booked through our funnel land in your calendar. Show up sharp, qualify, close.

  2. 02

    Hunt your own

    DMs, email, X, LinkedIn. Find the brands and creators with budget who haven't heard of us yet — same 12%, no ceiling either way.

  3. 03

    Know the offer cold

    CPMs, views, campaign math. You explain why $10K with Onyx beats $10K anywhere else, in one minute.

  4. 04

    Keep the pipeline clean

    Every deal tracked, every next step written down, updated daily. If it's not in the system, it didn't happen.

12% commission on every deal you close, uncapped. No base — this is pure pay-for-performance. Quota is $100,000 in closed campaign budgets a month. Hit it, you're at $144K OTE. Above it, no ceiling.

Pure commission

Bonuses stack
