What happens to your application.
Short version: we use what you send us to evaluate your application, nothing else. Here's the full version.
What we collect
Name, email, phone number, location/timezone, and your answers to the application questions — including any links you share (portfolio, Loom, proof of work).
Why
To evaluate your application and, if it's a fit, contact you about the role. That's the only reason we ask for it.
Where it goes
Each application is sent directly to the hiring team for that role in a private Slack channel, and stored securely so we can review it properly. It is not shared with any third party, sold, or used for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep applications on file while a role is open and for a reasonable period after, in case the role reopens or a similar one comes up. If you'd like your application deleted sooner, just email us — see below.
Your options
You can ask us what we have on file, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email chrisxgirbu@gmail.com and we'll handle it directly — no forms, no runaround.
